CI Command Center
Choose the right discipline, work the managed flow, retain the proof, monitor the gain, and feed the KPI Center with liability reduction and savings/efficiency impact.
Every CI event becomes measurable plant memory.
Recipe drift can become a governed CI candidate.
Recipe Doctor™ remains advisory-only and demo-only, but the CI Center can now show how a repeated recipe drift pattern would be staged for supervisor review, evidence verification, KPI context, and V.A.U.L.T. retention before any formal CI event is created.
Candidate Intake Logic
Repeated returns-heavy drift across three D500 demo heats can become a CI candidate after supervisor review and verified outcome evidence.
Required Evidence
Selected grade, target vs. actual charge, correction counsel, approval status, melt-time response, PB movement, and quality feedback.
Recommended CI Path
Start as an A3 or Root Cause candidate when the evidence suggests a repeatable recipe drift mechanism rather than a one-off heat variation.
Reporting Boundary
No savings, liability reduction, or efficiency claim should be attached until before/after evidence is verified and retained.
Select the improvement discipline.
Each live tile opens its own managed-flow page. CI Command stays lean: launch the discipline, review operating rollups, then hand off verified truth to V.A.U.L.T. and the KPI Center.
CI discipline page rollup.
Kaizen remains intact. A3, 5S, PDCA, Root Cause, Fishbone, CAPA, Standard Work, Visual Management, Gemba Walk, Waste Walk, SMED, Poka-Yoke, VSM, SPC / Trend Review, Layered Audit, Control Plan, Rollback Watch, and Project Closure / Retention now save managed-flow records, stage V.A.U.L.T. retention, and feed the CI / KPI preview layer through the same shared event backbone. The CI discipline page system is now structurally complete: first pain, investigation, correction, standardization, monitoring, closeout, retention, and KPI feedback all share one managed event backbone.
No managed-flow records saved yet.
Creates browser-local sample records only. Each title is marked Sample Data, owner is Walter Dingfelder, report chain includes walter@dingfelder.co, and team fields use first names only.
My CI Queue + event ownership.
Saved CI records now collect into a working queue. Use it to see active work, evidence gaps, verification readiness, V.A.U.L.T. readiness, overdue reviews, and retained items before promoting records into the permanent operating layer.
Govern the CI data before writing it permanent.
Supabase should not simply save forms. It should preserve the chain of truth from draft work through retained V.A.U.L.T. memory and KPI eligibility.
Local now
Browser-local records are still the proofing ground while the operating model is being finalized.
- sample CI records and helper progress
- local queue, KPI preview, and packet preview
- visual workflow proof before database commitments
Supabase later
Supabase becomes the shared governed layer once the field workflow is stable.
- shared CI events across users and devices
- owner chain, approvals, audit trail, and retention requests
- KPI candidates promoted only after evidence and authority review
V.A.U.L.T. remains the memory authority
Supabase prepares and tracks governed records. V.A.U.L.T. remains the retained source-of-truth layer for permanent plant memory.
Role / RLS posture
Viewer, Contributor, Event Owner, Evidence Verifier, Safety / Quality / KPI Approver, V.A.U.L.T. Custodian, and Portal Admin permissions should be enforced before writes become permanent.
KPI truth rule
No unverified number becomes executive truth. Supabase stores candidates; approved KPI truth requires evidence, owner chain, verification, and V.A.U.L.T. retention posture.
Evidence rule
Evidence staged is not evidence retained. Supabase can track references and readiness, but governed retention remains a V.A.U.L.T. approval event.
Turn any CI event into a printable truth package.
Generate a packet for draft review, verification, V.A.U.L.T. retention, or executive summary. The packet clearly labels projected values as review candidates until evidence, owner chain, verification, and retention are approved.
Proof gets staged before the event becomes retained truth.
CI records now track before/after references, measurements, PM or CMMS references, SOP references, approvals, and the next missing proof. This remains in review posture until V.A.U.L.T. storage is approved.
CI records now summarize into KPI-ready review lanes.
This panel reads the CI event backbone and separates open work, high-risk candidates, evidence posture, V.A.U.L.T. readiness, closed records, and unverified impact. It remains a review layer until the record is approved and retained.
No high-risk CI records found.
No impact candidates found.
No retention candidates found.
Projected and browser-local values stay labeled as review candidates. They do not become executive KPI truth until evidence, owner chain, verification, and V.A.U.L.T. retention are approved.
CI tracks liability reduction and savings / efficiency impact.
Not every improvement has exact dollars on day one. A.I.R.O.N. separates projected, observed, verified, and sustained impact so the KPI Center reports proof instead of theater.
Humans establish the routine. A.I.R.O.N. does the watching.
Monitoring can be time-based, event-based, or result-based. Reports feed every authorized team member by terminal, tablet, phone, or desktop portal.
