1. Select opportunity

Name the opportunity, the area, and why the timing matters. A good Kaizen event starts with a real plant need, not a slogan.

This starter stores a local managed-flow record, confirms the save path, updates the saved-events card, stages the evidence package and V.A.U.L.T. handoff, and feeds the CI / KPI rollups until backend retention takes over.
