A.I.R.O.N. internal plant contribution lane

Better Days

Better Days is for anyone in the plant who sees something that could make work safer, clearer, cleaner, faster, calmer, easier, or better for the people and processes on site. It is not a complaint box. It is a routed, persistent contribution system for real improvement.

PersistentContributions do not disappear. They stay visible until reviewed, routed, acted on, deferred, or closed with a reason.
RoutedIdeas are directed to the right department, owner, or improvement lane instead of sitting in a forgotten inbox.
AnsweredContributors and teams receive regular feedback so the trust loop stays alive.
RewardableSafety and betterment contributions can be recognized with company-approved rewards and appreciation.
Anyone

Individual or team contributions

Better Days can start with one person noticing a problem, a department seeing a repeated frustration, or a small team proposing a better way. The point is simple: good ideas from anywhere deserve a path.

Thanks

Recognition stays available

The company can evaluate safety contributions and all other improvements for rewards such as merchandise, gift cards, team recognition, lunch, an extra vacation day, or other company-approved appreciation.

Better Days loop

A contribution becomes a routed, reviewed, answered, and sustained plant improvement.

1SubmitIndividual or team contribution enters the system.
2RouteA.I.R.O.N. sends it toward the right department or owner.
3ReviewThe idea is evaluated for safety, value, practicality, and priority.
4FeedbackThe contributor receives updates so the idea does not vanish.
5ImplementApproved improvements move into action and ownership.
6WatchV.A.U.L.T. monitors for rollback and notifies the chain if the gain slips.
V.A.U.L.T. sustainment

Implemented Better Days contributions are protected like CI.

Once a contribution is implemented, it is organized in V.A.U.L.T. and monitored like any other continuous improvement item. If visible signs show the improvement is rolling back, everyone in the chain is notified, including the contributor.
