Document Lane
This page is the V.A.U.L.T. document lane for My Company. It keeps customer-visible files, reference intake, PM records, SOPs, equipment documents, archives, and retained support material under the same governed source-of-truth umbrella.
Governed document memory
Documents are retained as plant memory, not loose workspace files. Each row keeps category, source, file name, reference number, and capture date visible.
Online now, local-ready later
The current portal can show online and synced records now. The same lane can later represent files stored locally on the V.A.U.L.T. PC after deployment.
Drawer-connected
White Papers, SOPs, PM / CMMS, Equipment Library, Safety, and Evidence Packs can all open this same governed lane with the proper filter context.
Documents live under V.A.U.L.T.
Portal access can still route users here, but this lane belongs to V.A.U.L.T. because documents, evidence, SOPs, PM records, drawings, manuals, archives, and training references are part of retained plant memory.
