Do not guess parts. Prove the recipe.
A bad ground can turn a truthful sensor into a liar. Prove reference voltage, signal, ground drop, shared circuits, and harness condition.
We’re technicians, not part changers. The truthful path of least resistance is the one with the fewest guesses and the strongest proof.
Recipe Convergence Checks
- Fuel / delivery / quality where applicable.
- Air / intake / exhaust path.
- Spark or diesel compression heat.
- Compression and mechanical condition.
- Timing / synchronization.
- Power and ground.
- Sensor truth and actuator response.
- Recent change window and known-good baseline.
R.E.A.L. Application
Rapidly Evaluate, Adjust, Learn. Identify the variables, prove known-good versus current, change one controlled variable at a time, and preserve the learning.
Do not turn five knobs when one variable is out of convergence.
S.W.A.T. Definition
S.W.A.T. — Swift. Waste. Attack. Team. Pull the right experienced people to the source, attack waste and guessing, protect safety, and restore measurable control.
