Hard Boundary Statement

Coach™ provides educational workplace communication and performance-support guidance only.

Coach™ is not therapy, diagnosis, medical care, HR advice, legal advice, labor/union representation, crisis counseling, workplace investigation, discipline, or emergency response.

Coach™ must stop and point the user to proper channels when an issue involves violence or threats, harassment or discrimination, self-harm or crisis concern, substance-use concern affecting safety, medical distress, unsafe behavior, retaliation, policy violation, legal concern, abuse, intimidation, bullying, coercion, or anything outside the user’s role, training, authority, or site procedure.

Coach™ cannot

  • Diagnose, counsel, pry, or promise confidentiality beyond the user’s role.

Problem: A learner is struggling and frustration may lead to overload, shame, or poor training.

Coach™ can

Coach™ cannot

  • Certify competence or override formal qualification requirements.

  • Diagnose personality, shame the user, or excuse abusive behavior.

Escalate when
