Field Handbook™ System Audit & Gap Matrix

A control panel for taking the living Field Manual live: audit the Field Form Builder™, calculator base, Field Manual coverage, request workflow, and next gaps without losing the calculator coverage discipline.

Readiness Position

The platform is usable; the content library is now the growth job.

The Field Form Builder™ and Manual RCP Packet workflow are now functional enough to support live use. Sticky™ closed the first major calculator gap. The next priority is not more architecture for its own sake — it is controlled coverage growth: Field Manual section → companion calculator/workbench → worksheet or RCP packet path → request feedback loop.

Living-manual rule: every new Field Manual section must either connect to a calculator/workbench, create a named calculator gap, or clearly state why no calculator is required.

Field Manual Coverage Matrix

Category families with seeded coverage versus empty lanes.

This matrix uses the current Field Manual map. Gap means the code family exists in the master library but does not yet have mapped public sections. Seeded means at least one section exists. Strong start means several sections exist and the family can support public navigation.

Expansion Gap Queue

Next work that fills real holes.

These are the current practical expansion gaps. The order is not random: it prioritizes public draw, industrial value, calculator coverage, and natural continuation from Sticky™ and RCP.

Repeatable Audit Procedure

How we keep the live manual from drifting.

  1. Run the calculator audit.Confirm normal compute tools pass before adding new calculator modules.
  2. Walk the Field Form Builder™.Run one general report and one RCP packet from start to tracker closure and print/export.
  3. Open the Field Manual map.Check that new sections have FM-CATEGORY-### IDs and a visible calculator coverage status.
  4. Check gap queue.Every gap should point to a named future calculator/workbench or a no-calculator-required reason.
  5. Submit a test request when changing intake.Only do this when needed; keep the Netlify/Supabase/email pipeline protected.
  6. Update the User Manual. If a user-facing feature changes, the manual and return links should be updated in the same release.

Safety Boundary

Live does not mean uncontrolled.

The Field Handbook exists to protect people, animals, and improve work. We do not provide guidance for weapons, explosives, booby traps, or mechanisms intended to harm humans or animals.

The live manual should grow through measured requests, public readiness checks, calculator coverage, and revision-stamped releases — not through uncontrolled uploads or unreviewed advice.
